Change Leader Case Lab™

Applied Change Capability
(Monthly Sessions)

Welcome to the Change Leader Case Lab™

As part of your learning experience, you have access to the Change Leader Case Lab™ — a monthly, live session designed to help you apply change leadership concepts to real situations you’re currently navigating.

This is a space for practice, clarity, and reflection, not theory alone.

In this 60-minute session, participants will:

  • Work through real change scenarios using structured facilitation to surface leverage points, risks, and practical options

  • Develop judgment under pressure, strengthening how decisions are made when clarity is incomplete and stakes are high

  • Leverage behavioral insight through Everything DiSC®, improving communication, influence, and team alignment during change

  • Engage with experienced change practitioners and guest experts, learning from patterns across industries and transformation efforts

  • Explore the implications of AI on change leadership, including how accelerated decision cycles and shifting roles redefine what effective leadership requires

The Case Lab is intentionally designed to build capability, not dependency. You’ll gain insight whether or not you submit a case, and the learning applies across roles and industries.

We look forward to learning together.

Change Leader Case Lab™ - FAQs

What is the Change Leader Case Lab™

The Change Leader Case Lab™ is a monthly, live session where participants apply change leadership concepts to real situations they are currently navigating. Sessions are facilitated and structured to support learning and clarity.

Is this coaching or consulting?

No.

The Case Lab is designed for capability-building, not consulting or project problem-solving. We focus on patterns, decision-making, and leadership approaches rather than building full project plans.

Do I need to submit a case to attend?

No.

You may attend to observe and learn from others' cases. Case submission is optional and subject to selection based on time and relevance.

How are cases selected?

Cases are selected to maximize shared learning for the group. Not all submitted cases will be reviewed live.

How long is each session?

Each Case Lab runs for 60 minutes.

What if my question isn't selected?

You'll still benefit from the discussion, as cases are chosen for broad applicability. Many insights translate across roles and industries.

How often does the Case Lab run?

Monthly. Dates are shared in advance to those registered.

What should I prepare?

If submitting a case, you'll be asked for brief context and one focused question. Preparation should take no more than 5 minutes.

Is this included in my program?

Yes. The Case Lab is included as part of the learning experiences at Evergreen Training Center.
