Module 2: Defining Change
In this module, you will learn how to asses and define the need for change as well as identifying and mobilizing your change team. There will be a practical exercise to hone your change assessment skills.
Module 3: Planning for Change
In this module, you will master the art of creating a compelling vision and
strategic plan for change. You will analyze stakeholder behavior and develop
an effective change strategy.
Module 4: Executing the Plan
In this module, you will understand the critical steps in communicating and executing your change plan. You will also learn how to manage resistance, produce quick wins, and sustain its momentum.
Module 5: Sustaining the Change
In this module, you will delve into techniques for sustaining change through behavior analysis and controls. There will also be an application of your knowledge in practical exercise, case studies, and in real-life simulation of change plan.
This course is a self-paced program, which includes combination of video lectures, case studies, exercises, quiz, and simulation of the toolkit to ensure comprehensive learning experience. At the end of the course, you will take a final quiz to test your knowledge and understanding of the material covered. The course is designed to be flexible and self-paced. The time to complete the course may vary depending on your schedule and study habits, but on average, it can be completed in 4-6 weeks with consistent effort. Students also receive group coaching, 1:1 coaching session and access to a network community of professionals.
